Registration
Application: Please complete an application for each skater. To reserve a space, applications must be signed, the consent form, the parents code of conduct form and payment must be included. Note the application is no longer available for download. The application for the 2012-2013 Falll/Winter season will be available mid-August.
If applying for a session with group lessons (CanSkate, Pre-School, Pre-Junior, Fast Traxx and Junior sessions) applications must be received 2 days prior to the first day of skating; no walk-ins will be accepted to skate the same day.
Mandatory Fees:
$33 Skate Canada Annual Membership Fee. This fee is charged by Skate Canada, not Upper Canada Skating Club. This annual membership fee expires on August 31 of each year and must be renewed every year. Skaters are not permitted to skate in any Skate Canada member club unless they have a valid active Skate Canada membership. For new skaters in SPRING, if your application does not include the $33 fee, it will not be accepted.
If the skater has paid the Annual Membership fee at another Skate Canada club, proof of payment is required along with the application. If proof of payment is not provided, Upper Canada will have to register the skater again and you will have to pay the $33 registration fee.
