NEW FOR THE 2011-2012 SEASON:
Each application must include a copy of the Consent Form (1 per skater) and the Parents Code of Conduct (1 per family) found on the REGISTRATION tab. Applications received without these documents will not be registered. We will be contacting those applicants that have any of the forms are missing and until Upper Canada receives said forms, the application will not be accepted and your child(ren) will not be registered to skate.
Please note the Skate Canada membership fee has increased to $33.00 this year. This is a fee charged to Upper Canada when we register our members (skaters) with Skate Canada.
